Which style harmonic balencer

How do I tell which style harmonic balencer do I need? internal vs external balanced.

Engine: 383 SP EFI/ 4150 TB

Transmission: T400

Axle/Gears: QP 9" 3.73

Unless you have a 400 it is a neutral balancer regardless of whether engine is int or ext balance
