Testing TPS - Which wires (picture attached)

I am trying to test my tps. I have 3 wires in a triangular pattern. Which wires do I test for voltage?

I assume just push through the wire insulation?
Also assume to keep the plug in the tps and turn on the key?

Okay. At idle setting (car not running, key on, no throttle) I am reading 4.44vAt WOT, I am reading 0.49vWhy is it reversed? Isn't the larger reading at WOT?????
