VATS...Need some help

VATS...Need some help

My key is stuck in the cylinder in the on position( won't return to off ) so i was having to turn my car off by unplugging the Dist wire and unplugging the battery...that was working for a while and then all the sudden it wont start at all when i turn the key....Did the VATS engage and lock me out? I have no clue as to how i can solve my problem or where to even start...i have power to all my accessories but doesnt sound like the fuel pump is even turning on when i plug the battery back in like it used to when i was unplugging it and plugging it back in....any suggestions on this? or am i just doomed to having a dead car? cuz if i am i have the biggest radio on the planet...and that doesn't get me to where i need to go...LOL

exnay on the fuel pump engaging, i hear it now when i plug the battery in, and also hear the injectors squirting fuel...so now what? Bad starter? starter relay? the starter was clicking a few times before i could get it to turn over when it would bump the starter, but now there is no bump...can i rule out the VATS now?

Is the battery fully charged?
Have you run a hot wire direct to the stater solenoid terminal to confirm starter actually works?

If starter works properly then could still be faulty VATS or starter enable relay

if there is a vats problem the security light will come on. and the starter and fuel injectors are disabled.

ok so how to i disable the VATs if i find out thats the problem?...the security light is on but the key is stuck in the cylinder and wont return to off...but im pretty sure the security light always came on when i fire the car up then turns off shortly after the car starts up...where is the starter relay?
