built 383 misfiring from 1400-2000

specs on engine are 4.88intake 5.10 exhaust lift 244 288 duration.
procomp 3003 heads 210int 160 exhaust. 2.02 160 valves guide plates roller rockers
pirtty sure i have like 11:1 compression ratio
eagle stroker kit balanced within .5 gram
accel distributer vacuum and mechanical advance HEI
holley 670 dual feed
mallory afpr
procomp intake manifold i know it needs to be changed because the heads have high rise ports and the intake doesnt (reason i cant change is wont clear the stock hood)
ngk plugs
stock wires
hedman shortys
hedman y pipe
dynomax catback super turbo muffler
9 bolt rear the good one with 3.23 gears i think.
Bone stock 700r4 lol
all these parts have like 400miles on them and its killing me how its missing.
but the problem is when im cruising at like 1600 rpms or around there the car is misfiring.
i tuned the ignition timing and carburator with a vacuum guage.
the way i did the timing was got max vacuum out of it then backed it off 1 degree of vacuum.
one thing i noticed at night when i poped the hood is i seen slight blue arcing right by where the plug wires connect to the spark plugs.
another thing is the engine screames till 6500 rpm and cant notice any misfiring. i was wonderingg if the slight arcing was normal i mean you really have you to look hard to see it.
if anyone has any ideas for my to try to need more information please let me know.

You shouldnt see any spark at all, probably a bad wire or its not on right or something. Time for a new wire set(or possibly a cracked plug).

Assuming the wires are shoved on as far as they will go and snap on tightly, you need either different wires or different plugs. They are not connecting well enough and have to jump the gap. Loose the gap one way or the other
