Do I need these?

Do I need either of these computers for my car? Only things that I need to have work are the headlights, brakelights, and blinkers. Car is a 91 firebird.

Looks like an ECM for TPI or TBI & a VATS Module for the ignition key.

If you have switched to carb & fully bypassed (not just done the resistor chip bypass) the VATS system in your engine, then yes, you can remove both.
