where my fuel go!

so i park my car for the winter about 2 months ago with little over 1/4 tank and todays i went to go start it and gas was gone. where did it go?

That much would not have evaporated, either there's a leak, or it was stolen.

well the car is under a tarp inside our fance in back yard so couldnt be stolen and i have look it over i dont see and there is no leaks. i have a mechanical fuel pump i ask a friend and he thinks the fuel pump is letting the gas in the oil?

same thing happen to me ..i had a full tank of gas and let the car sit for about a month ..i got in the car and noticed more than a half a tank was gone i thought it was just the gauge..*** to find out the fuel pump was bad and it let fuel in my block...i drained the oil and it was black gas...GET A NEW FUEL PUMP

Bad fuel pump filled my original engine with gas two owners ago. Last owner bought it barely running, went to change the oil and it was full of gas. Then he discovered the rings were wiped out and resold it.

Dont run the engine until you've checked the oil. Should be simple enough. And if you use a clean pan you can save the oil if its not bad and not full of gas.
