so when my car is in drive/reverse and im at a stop it will surge (rev it self up and down) I replaced the MAP sensor, made sure the map sensor had the right vacuum line hooked to it, i checked for vacuum leaks, i set minimum air and adjusted the TPS correctly, timing is at 6* btdc like it should

car is a 91 TPI 350

i did some datalogging and here is some MAP info

MAP @ Idle 26 kPa

MAP w/engine off 96 kPa

i set the TPS to .55 volts before i left my house to go get the new MAP sensor today, and then i replaced the sensor and drove it for about 15 mins, datalogged again and the TPS read 1.28 volts how could the TPS have adjusted itself? anyone have any other ideas as to my my car is surging at idle?
