What pipes run from the oil filter housing?
I am stripping my 89 block down and there are 2 metal pipes that run from the oil filter housing around the front of the engine to the pass side. I notice my 85 doesn't have these.

that's the KC4 engine oil cooler, the lines are coolant lines. They hook up to a set of hardlines mounted on the block using oil pan bolts and on the other side a fuel pump cover bolt

Thanks for the fast replies. Anyone have a diagram of the full circuit? Guess it's one more thing to add to my list.
