1991 Z28 Bogging down, what to do?

I have a 1991 Z28 Camaro TPI 350 5.7L. I've been driving this car for a little over a year. The car was un-drivable for about 3 years for sitting for so long.

I was breaking it back in and my Cats had broke and I also had an intake leak. I replaced the gaskets and left the Cats be. But then my car started bogging down when i would try to go faster than just gradually getting up to speed. In other words its like how a bus drives. The check engine light comes on every so often at various times when I drive it, sometimes it wont even come on. I put a scan tool on it and came up with Code 32, which I read that it has to do with the EGR system. It has no vacuum leaks. I just got the Cats cut off today and a pipe in replace of it, I'm getting 80 series Flowmaster on it Friday.

Even before I got the Cats off it would randomly whip back into shape and be fine but then would go back to bogging down.

I'm not an expert on cars at all, I'm just getting into them. So I'd really love some help if anyone knows a thing or two on Camaros and how they are lol. Thanks.
