91 camaro carbed vats system question

okay so last night my tech and i installed nos onto my camaro and ran new wires except for the power wire off the ignition module we think, but we teed off it and didnt cut it. the one next to the relays on the firewall next to the other two relays. and my keys were out side in the rain and we tryed starting it after completing the set up to make sure the relay for nos worked and blam, nothing happened. motor wont even turn over. so to get the car to start to get it home we jumped the two outer wires of the starter enable relay, the big yellow one and the big tan one. two other wires remain the small yellow one and a black and yellow one. my question is can i just ground the black and yellow weires that runs to the pass key dedoder module and be fine since i dont have to run injectors anymore?? oh by the way the car have a 5 speed in it. also we havent found any popped fuses either, any info will be apprecitaed

yes, you can replace the relay and ground the black/yellow wire.
