Place your bets Boys!

My 86 roc runs rough, rich and need constant throttle to stay running at cold start. I am going to change the CTS tomorrow night. I have already cleaned maf sensor, changed tps sensor changed maf relays on firewall. IM GUESSING if the CTS is bad on cold start, the engine does not know what to do? when started warm, it idles fine so i dont think its the IAC Do you think CTS will cure this?

Opinions please!

I also seafoamed the car and checked ecm with paper clip. Just got the standard 12 code no codes
