Is fuel pressure set hot or cold?

I'm trying to solve another issue but would like to start here. On a cold engine my Fuel press is 50psi at idle vacuum connected. When it warms up it drops to 40psi vacuum connected. Am I supposed to set the pressure at that point?

Is it the same hot and cold with the vacuum reference disconnected?

No. Vacuum disconnected it goes up to 60psi

On a cold engine it's 50 with vac 60 without


Hot engine 42 with vac 50 without
