Is it the fuel pump or???
A little background.... 1990 Formula 5.0 tbi, been sitting in my parents' garage for the last 10 years collecting dust. Engine will turn over, but will only fire if the tbi is primed, then it dies. I have drained the tank of the "vintage" gas, and replaced the fuel filter. The fuel pump is not priming when the key is turned on.
I have read here and other places to check the fuel pump fuse. The Haynes manual has a picture of the fuse box with one fuse labeled "Fuel Pump", but my fuse box has no such label. Is there another label for the fuel pump fuse? or is the fuse in another location bedsides the main fuse box? Also, I have read to check the fuel pump relay, where the heck is this at? No mention of it in my discount manual.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd much rather replace a fuse or relay before going though the hassle of dropping the exhaust, rear end, and tank if I don't have to.

Re: Is it the fuel pump or???
There is a 20 amp fuse in it's own holder that powers the fuel pump relay and the ECM and some other things. It's located by the battery and the radiator overflow tank. Two wires from the power distribution block lead to it. Fuel pump relay next to a fan relay mounted in a bracket in between the brake booster and the driver side of the car. Should have 5 wires running to it. Looks just like the fan relay that only has 4 wires going to it
