Need valve seal opinions
So my 150K L98 is blowing some smoke, typical GM quality valve seals.

I've done a search and I've seen a million different opinions. Here's what I need advice on. I'm NOT pulling the heads, I just want to do the seals with the heads on the car. What seals should I get? I know most seals are cheap so that cost isn't an issue, what kind should I get?
I guess I should replace the springs while I'm at it, what stock replacement springs should I get? I'm trying to do this on a small budget just because I don't feel like tearing into the engine, the bottom end is still tight(great oil pressure) so I'm leaving the engine itself as stock as possible.
Thanks guys!

Re: Need valve seal opinions
The regular FelPro "positive" type stock seals will be fine.
For springs, if all you have is the stock cam, the "Z28" springs you can buy from most anywhere should be more than adequate. Throw away the oil splash shield things and the "rotators" on the exhausts, and put extra shims (.090" IIRC) under the exh springs to make up for the missing "rotators".

I always remembered reading about getting Viton seals. Not sure exactly what they are, other than umbrella shaped, but that's what I always read/heard.
