no fire, no fuel

I'm new to this site and now once again an owner. I had an '84 camaro RS during high school. Moved on to other classics, rods and restorations. I just purchased a '91 Z28 from a "Friend of the Family" It's been sitting in his garage since 2006. He said " It ran great when I pulled it in and parked it". I couldnt pass up the price.
I picked up all the usual suspects for a tune up, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil change, fuel filter, air cleaners, etc. Went to prime the motor before turning over. No fire and no fuel.
Sitting in the front seat of the "Short Bus". Any suggestions of a direction to go?

Re: no fire, no fuel

check the pick up assembly in the distributor. they tend to rust up from sitting.
