Does anybody knows how many HP increase the car if I install a MSD ignition box, and if is necessary use platinum spark plugs or normal spark plugs, and if is necessary to change the wires, thanks for ur help

 

No hp increase - no real performance increase at all. Only thing an ignition box does is take a single spark to the plug and seperate it into multiple sparks. Might burn fuel a tad better - but not worth the expense unless you have serious engine work - given you have the 5.0 motor, there' much better things to spend that money on (like exhaust, rear gears, etc.).

Dragstrip cars use them mainly for the rev limiting properties, folks put them in street cars for "bragging rights" and really nothing much else. Spend your money in better places.
