Please help. =(
My passenger window has been off the track since I bought my car. It would still roll up and down, but at a ridiculous angle. I had the window put back in correct alignment, but then realized I needed a new regulator, because it would no longer roll up and down.

One week later, the regulator comes in and my boyfriend installed it annddd......no go. The regulator is getting power, but doing nothing. I have NO idea why it's not working. Any ideas/suggestions? The boyfriend has a GTO he works on himself and went to SCC for cars and worked at a huge auto auction in Orlando for years, so he is not mechanically retarded, so I don't THINK he screwed anything up, but he may have lol.
