what kind and size of Cam and heads can I put on my 1991 Z28 5.7 without having to reprogram or tune the computer system and sensors but still get measurable hp? ive been having a lot of problems figuring this out.

If you dont have to retune it's not worth the money and effort to upgrade it in my opinion.

 

The problem is is that i have been told that even if i put the best cam and heads and other upgrades i still wont even get 300 hp out of it with the TPI on it. What are your thoughts?

 

you can alway do the head and cam swap and then update the intake better runners, bigger injectors, throttle body spacer, dont always belive what people tell u ur already like 245hp stock i seen no problem getting 300+ outta a 350TPI
