Stalling when slowing down occasionally..

I'm guessing this is some sort of computer tuning issue, I just don't know what to adjust. Driving the car with the engine warmed up, everything is fine until I start slowing down for a stop sign. I'd say maybe 1 out of every 3 times when I push in the clutch it'll stall. It starts right back up, my first thought was the idle speed was too low (about 800 when warm) but its never stalled while idling so I'm not sure that I want to raise that. It never happens when the engine isn't fully warmed up either.

Ideas?

Forgot the car information.. 350 TPI, '7730 ecm, LT4 cam, vortec heads, stock throttle body and TPI, 22 lb injectors running unmodified $8d bin for L98. Every sensor is new so that shouldn't be a problem, no trouble codes.
