possible signs computer has been fried?

i have a no spark issue, and i'm only receiving 5v to my distributor. aside from checking all my wires coming from my ignition switch, i've looked at everything.

i'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this could be a possible computer issue?

back in sept. i removed my bumper to paint it. the car sat outside for the time being, but under a car cover. went out to move the car one night, and mid crank i lost all power to everything like my battery had been disconnected. regained some power after about 15 min, but if i turned the key to run or tried starting, it would lose power again. i waited a day and everything was ok again, but the starter clicked.

long story short, battery is good, alt. is good, starter is good, replaced the battery ground wire, replaced ignition switch.

the car now cranks after i moved some wires under my dash, but no spark.

anyone have any insight?
