I just got a stock 1990 L98 engine with 138k that I plan on building into a mild 355. It will have a 600 carb, 059 L30 heads, L30 cam, 1.6 pro-mags, and stock crank... because I already have all of those parts. Fuel will be 93 E10. I took apart the entire engine and it looks very good. What can I expect the machine shop to tell me it needs? Not sure what pistons or rods to use either. Might re-use the L98 rods. Money is tight. I'll keep yall posted with this build.
