416 5.0 ho heads on an lt1

will the 416 heads fit on an lt1 motor? i have the carb intake and everything to match up to the heads. i just need to know if they'll bolt up to the block. and will the pistons and everything clear.

They bolt on and that's all.
You will spend alot of time and $$$ getting the coolant holes in head deck modified to suit
Put a LT1 gasket on a reg head and see the differences

agreed, they'll bolt on, but they won't work (at least for any reasonable amount of money)
