Yes, there should be, but missing ones are very common. You can get a replacement from a parts yard or someplace like Jegs or Year One.

I'll probably have to find one in the junkyard, though if push comes to shove, I'll just buy one.
I'm going to look at it more closely when we do the front brakes, change the oil, and replace the trans mount. I hope the aftermarket starter doesn't create a clearance issue for the dust pan.

it shouldn't, but if it does, you can always trim it back a bit for clearance.
