What kind of horsepower am I looking at here?

I was also wondering about the vortec heads, I see them sell all the time and was thinking about buying a set or two for $50 bucks and trying to flip them on craigslist.

 

Any input? Anything that I should change?
I picked up some positive valve seals that put the orings to shame.
