i have a 1994 chevy c1500 thats running rich the mods to engine are vortec heads edelbrock 3702 cam headers holley 670cfm throttle body with gm injector pod with 350 injectors tbichips custom chip we cant get the engine to lean out it fouls the plugs can anybody help

 

What fuel presssure are you running? And what size are the TBI injectors are u using, IIRC there are 3 different ones used for the 350?
