Currently I have the stock Serpentine brackets on my Camaro (from a 92 of course) but I'm wanting to switch to an aftermarket set-up because I have no air conditioning or air pump so I am only using the passenger side bracket for the auto belt tensioner. The car is not daily driven, recreational use. The issue I am coming across is that all of the aftermarket (March 22050 and likewise) use a standard rotating pump and I of course have the reverse rotation, also it mentions on many that our power steering pumps were changed (87?) and some kits wouldn't work.

So my question is can I buy something like the March 22050 or 22011 and purchase a long nose standard rotation water pump and be OK with my existing alternator and power steering pump or do I need to switch the power steering pump and alternator too?

Have you thought of using a a/c delete pulley? The factory used them, you should be able to get them at most parts stores.

Yes, I have the ac delete pulley. I'm wanting something that looks better and takes up less space.

Just use the dr side bracket and 1 short belt with a custom built alt adjuster.

Which would make me ask: Where or how would I get a custom built alternator adjuster? I think it would be far less trouble (and look better) to buy a different water pump and if I had to an alternator/PS pump and an aftermarket kit. The standard chevy water pump/ps pump/alternators seem cheaper and easier to find then the ones I have now.
