I have an 83 z28 with a 96 lt1 and t5 tranny. I know my tac is off. But when it say its right about 1500 rpm it makes a humming noise. But stopped when rev'd any higher. And doesn't make the sound any lower. It does it even out of gear just sitting. Any ideas what it could be?
