fuel pump? sensor? electrical? need help

Hey guys, you name it and it has either been replaced or maintained.

I have a 1986 trans am v8 305 FI Automatic

If i take my car out to run some errands it does not like to be started stopped then restarted.

Meaning if i stop off at a few places usually by the 3rd-4th time i start up my car is doesnt like to start on the first try.

The only thing original is the fuel pump itselft and the internal sensor. its relay and other relays and other connectors have been replaced.

all other sensors have been replaced.

8 injectors have been replaced except for the 9th injector because it is discontinued so mine is original

the car sometimes throws a low voltage code at the fuel pump but this happens maybe once a month if not less and i drive my car daily.

also all replacements or maintenence was to just keep the car going or running prestine. it wasn't always to fix an engine light. It was to avoid engine lights in the future.

Any ideas of where to start troubleshooting?
