Timing on ignition system

Hey what timing do you guys use for a 2.8 V6 fuel injected ignition system?

I belive factory spec is 10* BTDC using factory timing procedures (disconnect timing wire so no computer-supplied advance is present). I've found you can bump it up about 4* over that for a smidge more torque with few or no side-effects.

thanks man! I had to take out my distriburtor and the timing got all messed up, but I put it at 10 and its running great.
