Hey guys,

new to 3rd gen.org but not to 3rd gens or Camaros. Used to have an '86 Iroc I rebuilt with my dad, 305 .030 over, comp cam, trick flow heads, etc etc, autometer gauge panel. Don't have it anymore but looking to get another.

Anyway, thinking about a local one, it's an 89 5 speed 350. Now, I know Camaros pretty well but not what was available what years, etc, but it looks like this is not the original engine, haven't talked to the seller yet, but I like what I see. Not a perfect body, but looks decent. Motor looks pretty good to, but AC doesnt appear to be hooked up.

Here are some pics of it below, what do you think it's worth? He's asking $3200 OBO. I can see it needs a few things, but nothing major, other than maybe AC. might just convert it to a 2 by 75 setup. I have some parts left over from the old one, a rear end out of a WS6, some headers, etc. So who knows what I could end up using. Just wanted to introduce myself and see what you all thought of this buy. Not too concerned about getting something all original, just something that looks good and moves better. I drive a V6 ford ranger so anything else for me will seem quick.

 

looks good but 3200? try to get em down to 2500 or 2700
