MAF Delete?

Since I swapped my ECM & wiring harness to the speed density/MAP setup, I don't need the MAF. However, I'm not sure how to get rid of it since it connects the air cleaner to the throttle body.

When people do this swap, do they typically leave this sensor? Do they make a "spacer" or something that takes its place?
