383 build question
So, in the near future I plan on going to a 383 stroker in place of the 355 I have in my car now. Thing is I have and lt1 t-56 behind my current block with the centerforce 700107 flywheel to make it work. I am probably just going to stick to a 2pc rms block unless I can find a decent 4 bolt 1 pc roller block to build one with. If I stick with a 2pc rms block, is there an assembly out there that uses an internally balanced crank so I can still use the centerforce flywheel? I still have the original t-56 flywheel so if I go 1pc I can just change that out without much issue.

Re: 383 build question
They have 2 pc main cranks that can be internally balanced. My shp block uses callies compstar crank thats internal balanced. Whats your build plans? Need Forged internals?

Re: 383 build question
Nothing terribly crazy for a 383, something in the 450-500hp range, car will be mostly street driven with limited track time. Figure I could get by with a cast crank, but thinking of doing at least forged pistons/rods if the right deal comes along
