fuel lines, rail fitting sizes

I am getting rid of the rubber lines between the main fuel lines and rail.
I would like to customize my own lines, make them from the main line to the rail and back out to an aeromotive afpr but need male and female fitting sizes to connect to the stock threaded connections.
Any help?
