need some flexplate help

I'm trying to get all the pieces together for my engine build and the flexplate is confusing me. Right now I have an 84 Z28 L69. My new engine is a 1 piece rear main from 91 block number 638 I believe. Do I need a 153 tooth flexplate like this one? Will it work with my current starter?

Yes 153 tooth is what you need. That one will be fine.

great thanks. Next qustion I have is that when choosing options on summit you can pick 10.5in converter bolt pattern, or 10.750in. Which one would I pick? Going on a stock 84 700R4
