Easiest Way To Remove Return Fuel Line

As the title says, what would be the easiest way of removing the return fuel line from the pressure regulator? I believe I have a build up of something in there as I have this white chalky stuff on the bottom of the diaphragm and the pressure is through the roof at 80psi. Also, instead of blowing the stuff out of this tube, is there any place where I can purchase a new one? Thanks in advance.
