Found a strange radiator in my engine bay?

Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: t56 6 speed
Axle/Gears: 3.45
Found a strange radiator in my engine bay?
I've been looking for a bolt in my engine bay that holds the hvac boxes to the firewall in the interior to remove them and I tried removing a black cover in my engine bay hoping it would be under there and found this radiator and it's not my heater core. Anyone know what it is?
