What else will cause this??
I seem to get a SES light pretty random while driving, can be driving around town at 35MPH or on the highway going about 60MPH. I checked and it looks like I've got a code 32..which would be EGR related...Its got a new valve, new vacuum lines, new solenoid, and even a new pigtail to the solenoid. Idle gets a bit rough after about 20 minutes of driving. EGR valve functions properly, solenoid is commanding it open when the throttle is more than a 1/4 open. Is there anything else that will trigger that code?

Yes, plugged EGR exhaust passages in the intake or head.
