PVS on the thermostat housing

Engine: 305 4bbl H.O.
Transmission: WC T-5
Axle/Gears: 3.73
PVS on the thermostat housing

Car is an 85 IROC. PO broke the plastic housing on the PVS and did not replace it. What vacuum lines hook up to that, and where do they go?
