Re: fuel Pump replacement question
your link wont pull up for some reason. i bought my pump from car quest. mine is for the tpi H.O. so i dont know if they are comparable. are you using the old sending unit or a new one? i bought a whole new sending unit and with the sending unit being aftermarket i had to modify the bottom plate a little for it to fit. that all being said everything went together quite nicely. just when i hooked it back up and tried to start it i got nothing from the pump. so im going to have to take it all apart and see what went wrong. just double and triple check your work. this stuff is a nightmare. best of luck.
Re: fuel Pump replacement question
No idea.
I have a 1989 Pontiac trans am GTA
I replaced the sending unit, strainer, and the pump. I got the pump at auto zone and worked fine $55 but well see if it holds up for a long time. And third gen ranch has a used sending unit for sale as well.

Link won't open up on my end either.
