Just picked up an MSD Digital 6-plus box.

I'm trying to see if I can hide the box and was wondering where is the best place to install so the box is not visible in the engine bay.

Inside the car? Under the battery tray?

Need advise.

i mounted a couple of amps about the size of an MSD 6 under my drivers seat;cut out the carpet under the esat and made a mount plate for the amps.I don't know if having the MSD box in the car interior would cause interference with the radio.

 

i wouldnt hide it, they usually dont look bad. I would suggest that you just mount it on the firewall next to the distributor.

 

You want it close to the distributer and battery power source.
Also want it away from water, so I would not suggest under battery tray.

Painting it semi flat black would help it blend in well.
