Need some serious advice and opinions
Ok im back and I bought a car awhile back from my brother for $1200 and now i have a trade for a 1983 firebird with a v8, anyways there is a problem i just found with my 95 3000gt title is that where the buyer signature goes is already been filled out and it's not my signature and it was never transfered to the guys name and i know my brother buys cars and jumps titles but thats with clear titles usually and i havent asked him about this yet but is it basicaly now without a title and not sellable like it is or ow can i go about doing this, like every option possible or is there a way i can take it to the dmv and they give me a new clear one or some crap? Also its a california title
