I had similar results, slightly less under load. (not sure where you pulled your signal from though)
I used a 2 bar MAP sensor hooked up to the oil cap, logged by an extra input on my computer. With 2 slash cuts pulling off of longtubes, open cutouts i had a little less than 1" or so of vacuum at WOT in the crank case. At idle it bounced all over the place like yours did.
Old school tech, works good if you don't mind blowing some smoke out of your exhaust.

kool thanks for the verification of my findings lol Nowhere on youtube you can find anybody else testing the evac kit, so i figured i'd make a video..
