Part number for AIR delete pulley

I've tried searching for awhile, and all I could come up with was p/n: 10186167. But when I look that number up, it is clearly a grooved pulley.
I need a smooth pulley and bracket, like what comes on the ZZ4 crate engine:

Re: Part number for AIR delete pulley

FYI, you don't really need that pulley at all.

yup.. just leave it out.. you don't need it... GM just put it there in some applications to be extra super sure that the belt didn't flop around, but they didn't put a pulley there at all on some non AIR equipped applications at all.. my 92 Caprice didn't have anything there, and some truck applications didn't even have provisions to mounts an AIR pump or any sort of a pulley.
