Need Help
Need Help
New member here and I am jumping right into the pool hoping I can get some help diagnosing an issue my newly acquired 85 Corvette.
Has 25K original miles on the ODO but was stored for 6+ years and then driven for a year sparingly by the PO who was willing to drive it around with it having little to no power.
Long story short the car has no power at WOT, nada. Car can only take partial throttle and acceleration is a slow deliberate affair.
No codes, and to work on finding out what is going on I am using winaldl and a laptop but I don't really know how to interpret the data I am collecting.
One thing I am suspecting is a bad CAT. Is there a way looking at the data to confirm a clogged CAT before I drop the whole exhaust?
One thing I noticed in my BLM is the car really never gets over 2500RPM and my MAF never higher than 48 (whatever the 48 represents).
I am definitely running rich (108 BLM).
I guess I was wondering if I could get some guidance on how to interpret my data or see if someone would be willing to take a look and see if anything stands out.
Pressure at the rail is right, no codes, FPR has no fuel in vacuum line.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Need Help
This would be better suited for the dfi and ecm section I think as far as your datalogging questions are concerned, I don't believe winaldl will be any help to you in diagnosing the cat due to the single o2 sensor located before the cat, there's no post sensor that will show the difference its making. I would drop the exhaust and see what you're dealing with, replace it or break it out that's your call. Is it glowing at night by any chance? That's a dead giveaway to a plugged cat
