Engine: L03 5.0L
Transmission: T5
Axle/Gears: 3.08
loss of all power

i had my camaro on a battery charger bc the battery was low left it on for about a day unplugged the charger and when i went to start it everything lost power and didnt return after the key went back into the normal resting position its as if the main power to the car just stopped but the battery is good could someone tell me if this has happened to you and any other things that may cause this or fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Check EVERY battery cable end and connection.

If they're good, it's one of the fusible links down at the starter, that connect the entire rest of the car to the battery.

You assume the battery is good, how old is it?
Did you check battery voltage with a multi-meter, did you run a load test on it ?

My guess is the battery is NFG. take it to parts house and have it properly tested don't assume.
