Recommended Fuel Pump?
Hey folks. Been a while since I've been around these parts thanks to a whole bunch of other life stuff getting in the way of my restoration project, but I've had some time recently to work on my 'bird (finished 50% of the seat reupholstering this week!) and I'm slowly getting back into it.
Here's my current dilemma: The fuel pump in my car is most likely shot. It's louder than it should be, and the sender is on its way out because the fuel gauge bounces around like mad. Both issues have been the case since I've owned the car, and I want to put in a new and preferably modern fuel pump replacement.
That's why I'm posting this thread. I'm looking for ThirdGen's recommendations for a MODERN replacement fuel pump for my '86 Firebird. GO!
And of course, thanks in advance.

Apparently Walbro is crap: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/aftermarket-product-review/487572-walbro-255-lph-tank.htm
So yeah, still looking for recommendations. (Although there were a few in that thread.)
