Its the black plastic clip that holds the throttle cable on a 91 TPI. I have searched TGO and checked the service manual, but cannot find the actual name for the part or part #.

Yeah.. that was it, thanks so much. I looked through the service manual and could not find it. For $7, it was a good deal. But shipping... whoa...still worth it since that has been bothering me for a few months.

Try and get it here on TGO's Parts For Sale thread. Somebodies got to be breaking up a car for parts.
This guy is a good seller.

They cancelled my order today. Part is discontinued and NLA. I am somewhat surprised that the part is NLA, given the amount of GM cars that it was used on. But since it is non essential, I kind of understand.
I have posted a Parts Wanted ad on the site, we will see if that gets any traction

Try the local auto parts store and look for an OEM style spark plug wire retainer. I think it's that brand called "Help" or Dorman. Anyway it works the same way and is identical, slips over the post. GM used the exact same plastic piece on 80's v-8 monte carlo to hold DS spark plug wires close to block.

Yeah, I saw the Dorman at Advanced Auto, and it would work, but looks different. I am looking for the OEM part to keep it looking stock.
