1992 camaro rs

I have a 1992 camaro rs and someone told me that the ignition switch may be bad I was just wondering if anyone has a video of repairing it or give me step by step instructions please. Thanks

When I turn the ignition the lights on the dash comes on but the engine don't turn over. The guy I got it from said that was the problem

Does the starter click at all, what happens if you take the key out and wait five minutes and then try? Just want to make sure because it could be a vats issue

No the starter doesn't click I've tried starting it waiting and starting it again
