Where to find throttlebody linkage

I recently bought a ligenfelter throttlebody that did not have a linkage bracket attached to it. Easy to swap since it uses a nut. That is if I knew where to find them.

Can someone tell me where I can get the linkage from besides cutting it off my stock throttlebody?

Also, can the adapter that bolts into the front of the Lingenfelter TB where the snorkel boot attaches to be found separately?
