Swapping parts from 335 to 383 question
I have an 89 iroc-z 305 with 335 powerhouse kit comp 269 extreme cam dart iron eagle 67cc 1.94 heads hsr intake 24 lb injectors shorty headers custom single 3" exhaust. I acquired a 87-95 2 bolt 5.7 block and thinking about putting all parts from 335 buying new pistons and machine and clearance 5.7 block to accept it. What all else would I need to make it all work and what power levels should I expect? Also would 2 bolt hold it?

You will Need a Mandatory Tune.. Or find a prom from a 89 350. Still needing a Mandatory tune.
you still have open variables. for Power.. so far 390 - 440ish on flattops? dome? dished? 2v / 4v relief? I would highly recommend. Quality Steel internal components with Splayed caps. Upgrading to a 383 the 24lbs injectors are fine for a 350- 26 - 30lbs for a 383- upgrade your FP. The HSR is a great upgrade. And loves more timing.

and a new balance for the rotating assembly...
which may be more expensive than a 383 crank kit

Re: Swapping parts from 335 to 383 question
I was thinking flat tops 2 v relief. My crank and rods ought to work just need rebalance with new pistons. I bought them from powerhouse in stroker kit. Gonna reuse cam. It's hydraulic roller comp extreme energy 269. For tune who does that and could 305 computer work with it?

That ECU will work. Just Fine. It is the same through 89- I would HIGHLY suggest finding a LOCAL tuner. Data logging. And live sessions. You could use the $6E bin. A few more modern options.
